Privacy Policy

StarkPlay Arcade (iOS & Android) and the games at play.starkplay.run, including CITY SIN
Effective October 12, 2026

StarkOne LLC (“we”, “us”) publishes the StarkPlay Arcade app and the website starkplay.run, and operates the games at play.starkplay.run. This policy explains what information the games use and why.

In short: no accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no in-app purchases, and we never sell data. The only information that leaves your device is what the optional global leaderboard needs.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress, settings, language, statistics, achievements and leaderboard name are saved in the app’s local storage on your device. This information is not sent to us, except for the leaderboard data described below. Deleting the app (or clearing site data in your browser) removes it.

2. Global leaderboard

When your device is online, the game talks to our leaderboard service when you start a run, finish a run without cheats, or open the leaderboard. For this we process:

Leaderboard names, scores and record replays are visible to all players.

3. Security and abuse prevention

To limit abuse, the leaderboard service keeps a one-way hash of your IP address together with recent request times; these entries are discarded after one hour. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time, requested address and browser or app version) for security and operations.

4. What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise or approximate location, photos, advertising identifiers or payment information. The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no in-app purchases, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

5. How we use and share information

We use the information above only to run the leaderboard and ghost-race features, prevent cheating and abuse, and keep the service secure. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. It is processed by our hosting and content-delivery providers on our behalf, and we may disclose it if required by law.

6. Retention

A leaderboard entry (your best score) is kept while the leaderboard operates; a world-record replay is replaced when the record is beaten. Guest ID cookies expire after one year. Rate-limit data is kept for one hour.

7. Children

CITY SIN contains cartoon violence and crime themes and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your choices and rights

You can play without the leaderboard by staying offline. To have a leaderboard entry removed, or to ask about the information we hold, email us with your leaderboard name and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California) you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your data, which you can exercise the same way.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date.
